Synopsis.

Muti follows the selfish life of Dumisa, an African herd boy who rises from poverty to wealth, from forbidden love to mixed relationships, bringing about his own cruel destiny.

Murder and weird activities by witch doctors weave through his life as Dumisa moves, by intrigue, up the ladder of government power. Muti exposes factual murders instigated by witch doctors, describing how body parts are used to make medicine, known as ‘Muti’, for voodoo purposes.

The blow that finally fells Dumisa subjects him to the Muti Man’s grizzly knife and leaves him abandoned in the river pinned down by a huge rock.
